Tony Ruiz has been in the home building industry for more than 30 years. His legacy of success began humbly, first working in drywall with his brother in the 1990s, then starting their own successful home building company in 2004. Located in nearby Chesapeake, Virginia, they have built homes of quality and distinction in neighborhoods throughout coastal Virginia, including Bay Creek.
